А расскажите мне про так называемые umbrella strollers?
Ребенку уже пора переходить на что-то более легкое, где спать необязательно. Что в этих колясках важно, на что смотреть? У меня пока из критериев только большой капюшон от солнца. Ну или похвастайтесь своими! (Особенно если у вас в семье тоже высокий папа и его устраивает высота ручек коляски)

Yeah, I just got one of those as well! It's working well for us. I've replaced two Maclarens with it and it doesn't seem to be inferior.

да, пока что он и правда в лидерах. недорогой, при этом достаточно функциональный. вес, правда, 12 фунтов, в идеале хотелось в пределах 10, но видимо это цена откидной спинки. думаю!

One of the nicer things about it is that to close it, you kick it a bit with your right foot and drop it down with a handle that you can then use to put it in the trunk or carry. There's also a shoulder strap, but I've found I like the handle. I'm not sure if the newer Maclarens have that, but my older ones don't. In other words, it doesn't seem that heavy. For really light ones, look into Uppababy and Maclaren, but it was more important for me to have a good hood and basket... although, I think the Maclaren Techno XLR is better at those, albeit bigger.

I know, what I'm trying to say is that you'd be trading features for weight, and you've got to decide about features. From my Techno I liked the hood and basket, so I got a lighter stroller (Summer Infant) with those.

Да, вот и я думаю, что основные вещи - это легкий вес и защита от солнца, даже насчет корзины сомневаюсь, так ли она нужна, но если вес не прибавляет, то не помешает. А как у вашей коляски с маневренностью?

I have no complaints. At first, I didn't like the ones that had two handles thinking I couldn't drive it with one hand, but at the airport, I did, and pulled a suitcase with the other.
