Another idea for sun-dried tomatoes is pizza toping, omelet, quiche, soup...

My hubby does not like it for some reason, so I don't make it too often.

As far as cabbage goes, it plays nicely with a lot of stuff - tomatoes, cucumber, onions, carrots, cranberries, oranges, sunflowers seeds, apples...
