А вы знали, что Анжелина Джоли была послом доброй воли ООН в разных странах, в частности, в России, и вела дневники?

Someone from UNHCR mentions the Balkans returns and rebuilding. The Russian Minister Yuri Fedotov says you should not compare this situation to the Balkans, they are very different. “They are separate states. We are all the Russian Federation.” Chechens have their residence in the Russian Federation. They tell me when I go to the camps tomorrow to “keep a cold head, a level head.” “They say it is worse than it actually is.” They tell me many people want to go back home to Chechnya. This is a debate I have been aware of. Whether it is voluntary or involuntary repatriation? No one can force people back to a situation where they fear for their lives. But if you make 7 their lives somewhere else unbearable and they have no choice this can be considered forcing them back. I am not saying this is happening only that I know aid workers look out for it and it may or may not be the case. During dinner they bring out delicate crystal glasses. We sip Vodka. And every time I take even the smallest sip it is refilled. I am trying not to drink to stay focused. The dinner felt like it went on for days".

Здравствуй море

Я долго сомневалась, нужно ли, но Илюха разрешил мои сомнения, задарив мне на НГ гидрокостюм.
Мы пробовали серфить в сентябре и было нормально, но то, что в океан можно залезать и зимой, нам не приходило в голову. Однако malashka с Ромкой заверили, что температура океана зимой меняется буквально на пару градусов (сейчас она где-то +16), и в солнечную погоду при 23 градусах тепла на улице купаться и переодеваться совершенно не холодно.

В общем, я не понимаю, чего я ждала прошедшие три года, когда океан - вот он, в 40 минутах всего. В спокойную погоду можно просто плавать, в полезной соленой, а не хлорированной воде. А при наличии волн - можно на них прыгать.

Это не страх, это восторг! (Особенно когда в паре метров от тебя вдруг выныривает морской котик :)
