Извечный вопрос: вкладываться в рекламу или в продукт?

Эти ребята активно рекламируются по радио, в аэропорту Сан Хосе висит огромный баннер, мне стало любопытно и я завела у них эккаунт. Ничего, впрочем, не стала делать - интерфейс мне показался неудобным и не интуитивным, так что тут же забросила.

А сегодня пришло письмо:

We worked hard to restore the service and it is fully functional now. As part of the repair work, we upgraded your instance of Kerio Workspace from version 2.1.0 alpha 1 to version 2.1 beta 1 which introduces several new features, including external sharing: you can share pages with external users that don't have a user account in Kerio Workspace.

A small subset of the instances ran on a RAID disk array which failed in such a way that it is impossible for us to restore the data reliably. Your particular instance is affected and your data were lost. While you won't be able to login back to your instance, you can setup a new one.

I apologize profoundly for the loss of your data and the interruption in service. Even though the service at prematurecollaboration.com is offered for trial purposes only, it is still unacceptable for us to lose customer data.

The team here at Kerio is working on upgrading our server farm infrastructure to prevent similar service outages or data loss in the future.

This type of headgear was also known in the 19th century as an Uhlan cap or a Templar cap.

In modern American English, when made for those serving in the armed forces, they are usually known as "helmet liners". They are traditionally knitted from wool, and can be rolled up into a hat to cover just the crown of the head, or folded right down as a collar around the neck.

Отвезли Марфу к ветеринару по поводу вот этого. Тот взял анализ мочи, и обнаружил там повышенное количество красных кровяных телец (>100 при референсном до 5), но никаких следов инфекции.
Выдал брошюру под названием "Лоточный блюз" (The Litterbox Blues) и сказали, что если озвученные в брошюре возможные причины неактуальны, то надо 5 дней попринимать Torbutrol, и если это не поможет - рентген.

Погуглила лекарство, оказывается, его используют для лечения респираторных заболеваний у животных или как успокоительное. Не понимаю, то ли там какой-то противовоспалительный эффект, то ли доктор решил, что у котика кровь в моче от нервов? Пойти опять в ру-кэтс спросить?

Между тем, брошюра оказалась довольно веселым чтивом: "If the cat is marking because of the social conflict within the household, the conflict must be resolved", также рекомендуют подсвечивать котику лоток, чтобы не заблудился в ночи и не рекомендуют лотки с крышками - коты их не любят. Однако, в некоторых случаях от лотков с крышками есть польза: ( далее совсем неаппетитно )

Самое удивительное, что по словам доктора, в наше отсутствие Марфа вела себя вполне прилично. Они ее пытались сфотографировать для мед.карты, из 15 фотографий получилась только одна - котику было любопытно, она все обнюхивала и не сидела на месте. Вопить начала только когда за ней приехал Илюха и, как водится, всю дорогу в машине.
